Cooling-Off Policy
The cooling-off system allows investors to unconditionally cancel a contract within a specified period.
About Cooling-Off
Under Article 26 of the Specified Joint Real Estate Ventures Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), investors may cancel the Specified Joint Real Estate Venture Contract by serving written notice to the Operator within eight days starting from the date on which the document specified in Article 25 of the Act was delivered.
Upon verification of the contract cancellation notice from customers exercising cooling-off rights, the capital contribution will be refunded.
No penalties or bank transfer fees will be charged for the refund.
